Welcome

I am a highly experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 20 years of practice in a variety of settings, including the voluntary sector, private practice, and the NHS.
Currently, I am Co-Chair of the West Midlands Institute of Psychotherapy. Alongside my private practice and teaching, I regularly contribute to Black Country Radio, discussing how psychotherapy connects with everyday life in the Black Country.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, both young people and adults, who may be facing specific personal challenges or simply wish to explore themselves more deeply to create meaningful change in their lives. In addition to therapy, I also provide supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists.
I support individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship difficulties, and personality disorders. My focus is on working with the person as a whole, rather than just the diagnosis. To learn more about my experience and qualifications, please visit the About Me page.
I understand that reaching out to a therapist can feel daunting, so I encourage you to visit my Q&A page or watch my introductory video. If you feel I might be able to support you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch – there’s no obligation. You can contact me via the contact form or by phone.
I look forward to hearing from you.

My Consulting Rooms
I have access to two consulting rooms in Bilston and in Sedgley. Both rooms are warm and quiet, providing an ideal space for therapy, and are easily accessible by public transport.
